A Beautiful Day

This morning, I went to Salatiga, a city in Central Java province which is located strategically at the crossroad of five direction, namely Semarang, Bringin, Surakarta, Magelang, and Ambarawa. I had an appointment to have an interview with a lady.  I had just contacted her last week, I got her number from my dorm mate.  She answered me that she was willing to have an interview and just answered "tunggu" (wait) when I asked here when and where the interview would be. 

I waited for 5 days before texted her again, and the answer was still "tunggu" (wait) still I did not receive information about the schedule and the place for the interview.  Finally, because I had to report about this plan in the meeting last Wednesday, I made a decision to inform her that I  would meet her on Saturday. She directly answered yes, at noon, and she mention a coffee shop to be the place for the interview. I told her that the shooting crew  would depart at 8 o'clock from Yogyakarta.

So, after 2 years staying at home, today I went  for out of city shooting. It was really nice. My crew were professional. The interview was perfect  and the shooting location was  beautiful. The most important thing is I can meet a new resource person and learn from her.

We don't meet people by accident.

They are meant to cross our path for a reason.
